Employer Assistance: We help employers navigate the various government agencies involved in the H-2B visa process, including the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (USDOL ETA), the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State (DOS), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
